The front hallway floor? Is apparently made of marble. I found it this morning. The hall closet? Is totally not avalanching as soon as you twitch the doorknob. Same for the *other* hallway closet. And? And? The dining table, she is completely clean. Nick brought over take-out for dinner, and we sat at the table and ate it off of actual plates (on placemats- found today).

The lukewarm white pizza necessitated figuring out how to re-warm it, whereupon I discovered that my oven is a dual fuel model, so even with the gas shut off to it (gas leak I don't feel like tracking down) I can convection in it. Yay.

And then we christened the sake glasses. Mmmmm.

Thus wrapped up a day of cleaning, with an afternoon break for lunch and errands and wandering with the lovely sera. Not bad for a Thursday. I even scored three skirts on sale. Life, she is good.
